The North Dakota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics invited Dr. Preston VanLoon to speak at their 2023 Nourishing Health' Symposium and Expo. The title of his presentation is "Ethics and the Practice of Interpersonal Forgiveness: From Hurting to Healing and Hope."

Dr. VanLoon Speaks at North Dakota Long Term Care Annual Conference
The North Dakota Long-Term Care Association recently asked Dr. VanLoon to speak at their annual conference at the Bismarck Event Center in May 2022. His 90-minute presentation was titled "The Practice of Interpersonal Forgiveness in the Professional and Personal Lives of Health Care Workers."

VanLoon Presents for Heartview Foundation
"Interpersonal Forgiveness: Healing the Unjust Pain of the Past" was the topic for Dr. VanLoon's presentation for the Heartview Foundation in Bismarck, ND on August 27, 2020. In the presentation, using Zoom video conferencing, VanLoon discussed what is forgiveness, why forgive, and strategies to practice forgiveness. Heartview Foundation also purchased copies of VanLoon's book, The Path to Forgiveness, for each of the participants. Heartview Foundation is the most experienced, private, non-profit alcohol/drug treatment center in the state of North Dakota. Established in 1964, they have treated over 24,000 patients and their families.
